The 23rd Psalm
The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadows of death,
I will fear no evil: For thou art with me;
Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before in the presence of mine enemies;
Thou annointest my head with oil; My cup runneth over.

Philippine News Item
Okay, so this article's back from June, but I came across it recently when I was googling myself. I'm a stickler for practicing what I preach and obeying copyright law, so here's a link and a few paragraphs:

The party was conceived by a writer and marathon runner, Bill Hammons, who supported the presidential campaign of former Gen. Wesley Clark in the last presidential elections. Clark lost in the Democratic primaries and the nomination eventually went to John Kerry who would embody the confused situation of the Democratic Party.
When Clark, whom I was rooting for, lost, Hammons apparently felt disenfranchised. And so did I, and a whole lot of other Americans, I guess.
Going deeper into the website, I read through the partys nine-point platform and I was struck by its almost common-sense simplicity. For instance, the first point is a Balanced-Budget Amendment, which supposed to be a core conservative principle. It states: Any short-term stimulative benefits gained by deficit spending are far outweighed by the long-term damage that spending inflicts on the economy. It's time to stop spending our childrens inheritance and lock the box for future generations. Who can argue against that?

Bill's 14ers Guide
Been at a lost as to what to blog about lately, but it's nearing the end of the month and I wanna get something to fill the August page when I transfer these blog entries to my website.
Did finish Bill's 14ers Guide recently...should complement my Boulder Guide quite nicely, not to mention my Boulder discussion group (106 members and counting). And of course, all such things complement future plans...
