Back in Boulder...
and back from a nice vacation. Tempted to check my various email accounts, etc., but I'll resist the temptation and just shower and go to bed.
Tomorrow begins a nice six-month stretch of the nose to the grindstone...

Each state's delegates will be elected by mail-in ballots recieved at national headquarters from that state'sparty membership. All ballots must be received at headquarters by 11:59 pm local time Monday, June 30, 2008.
Ballots will be mailed to party members no earlier than Monday, June 2, 2008, and no later than Friday, June 6, 2008. Each party member will be allowed to cast one vote for one delegate by filling in and/or checking a box next to that delegate's name. Write-in votes for delegate candidates will not be allowed.
Multiple votes for multiple delegates will nullify that ballot. Every party member who emails a request in writing to mail@unityparty.us by 11:59 pm Mountain Time on April 30, 2008 to be listed on his or her state ballot as a delegate candidate (and receives confirmation from mail@unityparty.us by 11:59
pm Mountain Time on May 31, 2008) will be listed on that ballot.
Those who wish to become party members and thus have the privilege to vote for the convention's delegates should email their mailing address to mail@unityparty.us (post office boxes are not allowed). Their name, town, state, and membership number (only) will be listed on the web page http://www.unityparty.us/unity-party-membership.htm. If they also wish to be listed as party contacts, they should provide their county of residence and an email address they feel appropriate for listing on www.unityparty.us.
Delegates must be residents of the state they represent (as well as Unity Party members listed at
http://www.unityparty.us/unity-party-membership.htm), and they will be chosen on a plurality basis (e.g., the top 9 winners in Colorado's delegate selection process will be become delegates). Any ties in any state will be resolved by a
heads-tails flipping by the Unity Party Chairman of that state's official quarter, broadcast via Webcast and/or other appropriate media.
All Unity Party delegates must be ready, willing, and able to travel to and arrive in Boulder, Colorado by 5 pm, Friday, August 1st, 2008.
The Unity Party of America's nominees for President of the United States and Vice President of the United States will be chosen as a pair by a simple majority of delegates by 5 pm Mountain Time, Sunday, August 3rd, 2008. If no majority is achieved by that time, the Unity Party nominees shall be whichever pair has received the most delegate votes.
Planks of the Unity Party Platform will also either be removed or added by the approval of a two-thirds majority of convention delegates between 5 pm, Friday August 1, 2008 and 5 pm, Sunday, August 3, 2008.

Dudes, some things you just gotta share...
Believe it or not, several people out there really do believe that Carter's former WH Chief of Staff is my personal spokesman:

(Please don't point out this guy's stupidity to him; I'm quite enjoying this, the insults aside).
