Herman Cain (born December 13, 1945) is an American newspaper columnist, businessman,
politician, and radio talk-show host from Georgia. He is best known as the former Chairman
and CEO of Godfather's Pizza, which he restored to profitability in 14 months. Cain
currently lives in the Atlanta suburbs.
In May 2011, four months after he had formed a Presidential Exploratory Committee, Cain
announced his candidacy for the Republican Presidential nomination in 2012.
